Terms and Conditions
1. The applicant is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the company as given below.
2. The applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age.
3. Prepaid Mobile users only can join in this program. And the initial Top up will be done from the next working day of the member’s registration. The regular monthly top up will be done (as per the member’s option for regular monthly top up while signup) when the member’s account credited with incentives.
4. The member should know that the regular monthly top up option chooses by him while sign up can not be changed at any cost in future.
5. The Service is operated by Cape Insurance solutions Private Limited and therefore this Agreement is between you and Cape Insurance solutions Private Limited. rmcindia.net is a website owned by Cape Insurance solutions Private Limited. Wherever the term "RMC" is used in this document it represents the company Cape Insurance solutions Private Limited and the services provided through rmcindia.net
6. You must agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional laws that may be applicable to your use of the Internet and your membership with RMC.
7. During sign-up Please provide your correct mobile number (Pre paid number only). RMC is not responsible if the mobile number belongs to someone other than you. You personally will be liable in case the actual owner presses charges. Please submit your email id in registration form this will useful in case of any error in mobile no.
8. You must provide correct information about your profile. RMC has the right to verify the information provide by you. If this information changed you must immediately update your profile by logging in to rmcindia.net.
9. You will receive a user ID, password and Secured menu password via SMS upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and passwords, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your passwords or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. RMC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
10. The number of your direct referrals is unlimited. You may refer as many people as you can to join RMC.
11.The applicant will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business done by him that is also subject to the eligibility norms formulated by the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income to the Member on merely account of his /her joining the company.
12. Payout request will be made only when you earn the minimum limit of Rs.325. This limit is at the sole discretion of RMC. Otherwise members can buy pins on balance of Rs.300. from his /her member area.
13. You are not allowed to share your account with any other individual. Nor are you allowed to transfer accounts to someone else.
14. The applicant will act only as an authorized Member and shall not act as an authorized representative agent or employee of the company, nor have any express or implied or extensible authority to bind or make any express or implied representation or warranty on behalf of the company.
15. RMC reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document. However it is your responsibility to check this document periodically for any changes or modifications and you must not reply on e-mails as a sole source of information regarding this agreement or your membership. Your continued use of RMC constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement by you of the Terms and Conditions and any subsequent modifications made to it and your agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions document in its modified form.
16. In order to maintain viable marketing system and to company with a changes in applicable law. The company shall be entitled to alter, modify, amend or change the business program from time to time and the applicant agree to be bound by all the terms and condition embodied their in for the time in force.
17. The company shall deduct Tax at source from the incentives as per rates prescribed under the income tax act 1961, any Distributor found guilty of spreading any sort of misleading information can be terminated at the sole discretion of the company.
18. The readmission of terminated Member lies solely with the discretion of the company.
19. The company has not authorized any official, officer of the company to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the company towards the Membership fee, as the case may be. You can purchase the PIN from the authorized Franchise or from the company for registration.
20. The company cannot be held responsible in any legal issues for broachers or pamphlets or any other communications printed by the Members.
21. The company will not be answerable or responsible for any promise, assurance given by any Member to any person, unless it is in accordance with the approved business plans and terms of the company. Hence the applicant shall go through the website and the brochures and notices issued by the company. Through these company sources, he/she will fully inform himself/herself on all these maters.
22. If any dispute arises between the parties here to touching the business or interpretation of any terms and conditions or as to incentives, income etc, relating to the business of the company, the same shall be referred to arbitration and the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
23. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country and all claims and disputes and other matters between parties of this agreement shall be brought to the appropriate court of Law at Nagercoil.
24.Jurisdiction in respect of any and all dispute arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the court of Nagercoil jurisdiction.
